Whenever I try to use a PCMCIA Wireless Card I get an error code 12. Any Ideas How to correct this? - pcmcia video out

Laptop: Toshiba P25-S609

Whenever I use a PCMCIA wireless card (trying to go regardless of gender, I have tried several) I get an error message. It indicates that Windows can not find enough resources (code 12). I
Disabled in Device Manager, but I had to run with the PC (eg, hard disk, monitor, video card, etc. ..) and also disable in the BIOS everything I need. I studied this problem to Microsoft, and there was a fix for this problem, but it was a hotfix for Service Pack 1 2. Has anyone any idea how to solve this problem?
