Two things can happen ...
A - You are pregnant
or
B - It goes by so-called "false pregnancy"
If not neutered, then it is likely to be pregnant. Congratulations, shelter dogs more deaths.
If it is not fixed, then you can puppies. You need to take it to the vet, to provide supplementary feeding, if you are pregnant. Puppies!
