In some cases, leads kerion ringworm of the scalp - a hard, painful swelling of the scalp. Is Kerion seems so soft, the swelling and pus discharge cause thick, yellow crusts on the scalp. Instead of breaking, falling out of the hair or can be easily removed. Kerion can be caused by an excessive reaction to the fungus and cause scarring and permanent hair loss.

You can use a shampoo with selenium sulfide (Selsun). This can kill fungal spores and to prevent the spread of infection to others.

To take full advantage of:

Mousse hair with a medicated shampoo. Leave the shampoo on the scalp 10 minutes before rinsing to sit.

Use the shampoo twice a week for a month. Use a mild shampoo, not in the other medical day.

If you have a bald patch, hair regrowth in generally six to 12 months after treatment.
