The base is "domination", which means a second declension nouns neutral "is property. The Con" is a prefix meaning "together" so that there is something with "good."

The plural of the 2nd Nouns are mainly formed by the case, "UM" and add '-a', so that the majority is of dominium Dominia, condominium, condominiums, and plural.

The "s" in plural ownership over the rules for the plural in English.
